Next Car 4 U

I bought a car from this dealer last week. The sales guy was kind of argumentative. When I went to pick the car up we had to wait around to find the right wiper blades. Then when we drove off the lo the tire light came on come to find out it was the tire sensor when I stopped by Ed Learn ford. So I went back and told him and he wouldn't fix it. Which is part of safety because there can be no repair lights on the dash. The tried deleting code. Then next morning tried using defrost and very little are flow. So I pulled the cabin filter and it was plugged solid. Once replaced it was back working. So this got me thinking about what else. So I took it to Ed Learn Ford and had the car reinspected. Come to find out bot lower control arm bushings were shot, New brakes were not lubricated, the heat shield was loose and tire sensors needed to be changed for Safety. I bought the car from him certified. Also, the car was covered in dust and bird poop and the inside was dirty. If there is any advice I can give from this experience is to have it reinspected at a major dealer it is only a $130 peace of mind and could save you a ton of money. I confronted him about the repairs and only would do the control arms and alignment.

I bought a car from next car 4 U. Sales man was a little rud and argumentative. He waited to last minute to change windsheild wipes and had to wait around for him to find right ones. The car was covered in dust and bird poop and inside was dirty. When we left the dealer tire light came on dash for tires and come to find out it has bad tire sensor that he will not fix. The next morning the defrost was not working so we checked cabin filter and it had never been changed and thats why the defrost wasnt working (part of safety) he argued saying the defrost was controlled by a wire lol. So I desided to have it reinspected at Ed learn ford. The inspection came back with bad lower control arm bushings, the new brakes where not lubercated and need to be for safety , heat sheild was hanging loose. Also the tire sensors because the was a light on in the dash wich whaen safetied there can be no lights on in dash. If you buy a car from this dealer I would have it taken to another dealer after he has his safety done to cover your self. In my opinon this dealer only fixes the cheap stuff in hopes you buy his junk warrenty so he doesnt have to put money into the cars. Buyer Be Ware.

Highly dishonest and disreputable. Back in Jun/19, went and saw a vehicle they had for sale. Test drive seemed a-ok, but owner Tawab said if we wanted it, we had to put down non-refundable deposit then and there with condition that it passed safety. We needed one right away as our other car was no longer driveable. We said we always had our mechanic look before we buy. When we took it to him, he said there were serious deficiencies as floor was thin, engine had an oil leak and undisclosed body work meant rear wheelwells were only bondo and paper, no metal. He said he wouldn't safety it, but someone else might, but it would barely pass and likely have severe problems within a year. When we spoke to Tawab he said he'd have it safetied that morning and we were buying the vehicle. Our mechanic said under no circumstances should we. Tawab wouldn't refund our money and we said we were no longer interested. Feeling bullied, pressured/forced to buy a vehicle with serious, undisclosed issues that we were never told about, in the end we gave up part of our downpayment just to get away from this used car dealer. Be very careful if you are thinking of doing any business with this company.
